UFA, Inc. Appoints Maria DeSousa as Chief Financial Officer

Burlington, MA., February 12, 2019 – UFA, Inc. (UFA), a leading provider of Air Traffic Simulation and Voice Technologies, announces it has appointed Maria DeSousa as Chief Financial Officer. DeSousa will be responsible for UFA’s financial and human resource functions in addition to participating in multiple aspects of the company’s global growth strategy.

DeSousa brings over 18 years of finance, operations, and startup management expertise to UFA. In her previous position as CFO of Eze Castle Integration, a leading provider of strategic IT solutions and private cloud services to the investment industry, DeSousa focused on driving discipline, organization, and excellence in all areas of Finance and HR.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a great team and a significant contributor to strategic initiatives for the company,” says DeSousa.

DeSousa holds an MBA from Babson College and lives in Massachusetts with her husband and 16-year-old twins. She will be working at UFA headquarters in Burlington, Massachusetts and will report to CEO David Wolff.
