This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how UFA, Inc. (“UFA”, “we” or “us”) uses information that may be collected through use of ATCloud (the “Site”) and client applications ATCoach ME and ATSpeak (the “Service”).   

The primary purpose of our Site and the Service it to allow users to access and perform Air Traffic Control training exercises using the client applications.

The Service requires that you become a registered user and have a user account on the Site.  We do not require the use of personally identifiable information for access and use of the Site.  Anonymous user names are used.  The Class Instructor/Administrator must provide you a Site user name.

Personally Identifiable Information We Collect and How We Use It

We do not require or collect personally identifiable information.

Other Information We Collect and How We Use It

​

Information that may be collected by using the Site includes usage of the Service, results of training exercises and audio recordings. As part of our product support for the Site and Service, we may be required to analyze reported problems.  In such cases we will collect data on an anonymous basis for problem re-creation and resolution.  We will not provide any such information to third parties. We may also use information to improve our Site and Service.

Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. This Site is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we endeavor not to collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. We target the Site and its Service to adults and not to children under 13.

Disclosure of Information

We will not share or sell Site Information with third parties. Please refer to the sections above on collected information and how it may be used. We may also disclose information: (a) if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority, (b) to enforce these Terms of Use, or (c) to protect the safety of Users of our Site and our Service.

We retain collected data in anonymous form only for product support purposes. Please see the sections above for how information may be used.

Updating, Correcting and Deleting Your Information; Opt-out

If you believe that the Site has incorrect information that was provided as part of the Service, you should contact the Class Instructor/Administrator for updating, correcting or deleting information or remove your information in whole from the Site.

The security of information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of information we have collected.

International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

UFA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and will post notice of the change so it is visible when users log-on for the first time prior to said changes taking effect so that you are always aware of what information we may have access to and how we may use this information.
