ATXR provides UFA's speech recognition and latest-generation visualization through a mixed reality technology that can be used alone or in concert with other UFA products.
Developed with skyguide to serve those who have limited space for simulators, ATXR reduces space used by 75%, costs 60% less than traditional simulator, and has the same training effectiveness as traditional simulators.
Using state-of-the-art headsets and extended or mixed reality visuals to ameliorate side effects, ATXR can be used for controller proficiency and supplemental traffic for position certification. In initial comparisons, UFA's ATXR causes far fewer problems than similar products for civilian and military customers due to the use of high-end graphics cards and industry leading VR/MR headsets, capping frame rates without losing image quality, and increasing the ability for trainees to interact with the real environment, which helps customers to feel more grounded.
