UFA Announces Extension of Israel Airports Authority Contract


Burlington, MA, September 12, 2022 – UFA, Inc. (UFA), a leading provider of Air Traffic Simulation and Voice Technologies, is pleased to announce the extension of the contract with Israel Airports Authority (IAA). After the successful cooperation over a multi-year contract spanning more than a decade, UFA’s partnership with IAA continues into the second quarter of the 21st century.


IAA’s Deputy Director General of Operations Udi Bar-Oz, noted:

"After 14 years of successful professional relationship between IAA and UFA we are happy to have renewed our mutual contract. Under the new contract we will upgrade our Radar and Tower simulators which will continue to serve us in providing invaluable training services to our ATC staff. We look forward to continuing our cooperation with UFA."

UFA Executive Vice President Rajiv Sood commented:

“It’s exciting to see how UFA’s high fidelity ATC simulators have advanced IAA’s training program over the last decade. We look forward to working by their side for many years to come.”

Under the contract extension, UFA will continue to advance IAA’s simulation training capabilities through ongoing software maintenance and enhancements, legacy hardware system replacement, and technical support to IAA.
